Heather brings over 15 years experience across the pharmaceutical pipeline in life science and strategic consulting, blending her expertise in business analysis, critical thinking and drug discovery processes to ensure a deep understanding of client challenges and to drive innovation at the intersection of science, process, and technology.

Heather leads corporate strategy at Astrix, providing leadership and direction across the company teams with a primary focus on enabling actionable, cross-functional strategies that add value to our team and our clients.

Prior to joining Astrix, Heather served as a Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as a scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Yale School of Medicine, where she honed her skills in molecular biology, genomics, and informatics.
