Steve Duryee is the Chief Operating Officer of Astrix.  With more than 30 years of experience, Steve works to help scale operations, enhance client value, and strengthen collaboration across the company’s global consulting and technology services teams.

Steve has successfully led culturally diverse teams of over 6,000 professionals and scaled businesses to more than $500 million in revenue. His career spans senior roles at OPEN Health, Meditrial, Wipro, Synchronoss, and BusinessEdge Solutions—where he helped grow the life sciences practice and contributed to its acquisition by EMC (now Dell Technologies).

Steve is a seasoned life sciences executive with a strong track record of operational leadership, commercial execution, and strategic growth in complex, high-stakes environments. He specializes in turning ambiguity into alignment—whether optimizing cross-functional processes, aligning due diligence efforts with business goals, or translating complex insights into team-driven execution to drive measurable business outcomes.

Steve’s background spans private equity-backed pharmaceutical and tech-driven services firms, with a focus on R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercialization for companies under $1Billion in revenue.
