Jason Bradshaw

Jason Bradshaw is Chief Financial Officer at Astrix, overseeing the company’s financial strategy and back office operations. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across consulting, healthcare technology, and private equity-backed businesses, with expertise in financial planning, operational performance, pricing strategy, and M&A. Prior to joining Astrix, Jason served as CFO of Emids and held senior finance leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara and Cognizant. He earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
