Our sustainable procurement initiative
Procurement is one of the most powerful levers we have to drive positive impact — not just within Astrix, but across the broader value chain that supports life sciences innovation. Our Sustainable Procurement Initiative reflects our belief that every purchasing decision is an opportunity to advance our 4 Principles of Sustainability: Governance, People, Planet, and Prosperity.
We work with suppliers who help us reduce our Scope 3 emissions footprint, uphold human rights throughout global supply chains, and operate with the transparency and accountability that our clients — and patients — deserve.

Supplier code of conduct
All vendors and business partners who work with Astrix are expected to uphold the standards outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct. This Code extends our core values — Client First, Accountable, Collaborative, and Innovative — into every supplier relationship.

- Client first: Champion outcomes that benefit Astrix and our clients. Act with integrity in every interaction and be a trusted advisor.
- Accountable: Ensure quality, take pride in your work, and proactively resolve problems. Demonstrate reliability and follow-through.
- Collaborative: Work together for better outcomes. Respect all roles, promote a “we before me” approach, and engage proactively for long-term success.

If your organization is interested in becoming an Astrix supplier, we invite you to complete our New Supplier Assessment. This helps us understand your capabilities, sustainability practices, and alignment with our Code of Conduct — and it’s the first step toward a meaningful partnership.

Our onboarding process is designed to be straightforward and collaborative. Complete the assessment to start the conversation — our team reviews every submission and will be in touch within 5–7 business days if additional information is required.
