Procurement is one of the most powerful levers we have to drive positive impact — not just within Astrix, but across the broader value chain that supports life sciences innovation. Our Sustainable Procurement Initiative reflects our belief that every purchasing decision is an opportunity to advance our 4 Principles of Sustainability: Governance, People, Planet, and Prosperity.

Astrix expects all suppliers to align with our four core values and to reflect them in how they operate, hire, and deliver:
- Client first: Champion outcomes that benefit Astrix and our clients. Act with integrity in every interaction and be a trusted advisor.
- Accountable: Ensure quality, take pride in your work, and proactively resolve problems. Demonstrate reliability and follow-through.
- Collaborative: Work together for better outcomes. Respect all roles, promote a "we before me" approach, and engage proactively for long-term success.
